It is therefore an ideal instrument for taking forward work on topics that have been on the agenda in the EU Committee on National Alcohol Policy and Action (CNAPA), formed by Member States’ representatives. The concept of RARHA has been developed in cooperation with the CNAPA and Committee members function as the Advisory Group for the Joint Action.
